Emmanuel is a qualified professional accountant, with vast professional and general experience in accounting and auditing, particularly in donor funded projects. He has extensive knowledge of donor funded projects including PEPFAR supported projects; UN Agencies (UNHCR, UNICEF, UNDP, UNFPA, WFP, UNDEF) funded projects, DANIDA, the World Bank and EU.
He is well versed with donor accounting, financial audits, performance audits and systems audits. He has gained considerable finance and audit experience in Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Southern Sudan and Rwanda. He is currently working as the Finance & Compliance Manager for the Kampala HIV Project and MRHSP HIV Project. He was also the Finance Manager for the AIDS Care & Treatment Program funded by the Centres for Disease Control (CDC).
